I found these advertisements very interesting
and eye catching. Look how simple, but strong
are their concepts. Puma is combining the image
and the type together through the use of shoe
strings, which is simple, yet creative. The oil
advertisement is symbolized by using the actual
sunflower instead of a stove. The similar concept
applies to the ketchup advertisement, where the
tomato slices are used to construct the ketchup
bottle. The last advertisement has wonderful
visual imagery, but again, a woman is used as a
sexual object, as it is in most advertisements.
